Day1: Guwahati – Shillong (125 kms/3.5 hrs drive)

Welcome on arrival and proceed to Shillong. Shillong (4,900 ft.), called ‘Scotland of the East”. Enroute visit Umium Lake (Barapani Lake), a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Evening free for your own to explore local market Police Bazar.Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day2: Shillong - Cherrapunjee (65 kms/2hrs drive) via Mawlynnong

After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. Visit Shillong peak, Elephanta Falls, After Elephanta falls 2Hrs drive to Mawlynnong (cleanest village in Asia) Later will drive to Cherapunjee (2hrs drive) see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai, Seven Sister Falls. Overnight stay at Cherapunjee.

Day3: Cheerapunji - Shillong (65 kms/2hrs drive)

Morning breakfast & keep your luggage in car. Travel Line Escort will meet you Lobby & assist you for soft tracking to reach double decker Route Bridge. Also you can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai Caves and Thangkharang Park. Later proceed to shilong. Evening free for shopping at Police Bazar (Shillong). Overnight stay at Shilong.

 

Day4: Shillong – Kaziranga (280 KMS/ 5 HRS)

After breakfast transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of “One Horned Rhinoceros”. Enroute Visit Shilong Peak.Check in at your hotel. Evening enjoy cultural folk dance of Tea Tribe at Rangmanch Kaziranga. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

 

Day5: Kaziranga

Early morning at 5:00 hrs meeting at lobby & will brief you on full day activities.  Proceed to Elephant Safari at Bagori Range after Elephant safari back to Hotel & breakfast, post breakfast at 8:30 am we will proceed for Jeep safari at Kohora Central range. Afternoon proceed for visit Tea Gardens. Evening enjoy tea tribes folk dances. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day6: Kaziranga –Bhalukpong (120 KMS/2.5 hrs)

After breakfast departure to Bhalukpong.  Visit Tipi Orchid Sanctury and Research Center: An Orchidarium at Tipi (5 kms from Bhalukpong) on the way to Bomdila is the Botanical paradise. About 300 species of orchids can be seen in the flora – glass houseOn arrival check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Bhalukpong.

Day7: Bhalukpong / Itanagar ( 200 kms/6 hrs)

Morning after breakfast depart for Itanagar.

Itanagar: The Capital of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar is situated at the foothills of Himalayas. The name Itanagar is derived from the historical Ita-fort (Ita meaning brick) which dates back between 14th and 16th century. The major tribe in Itanagar is the Nishies. Situated on the top of the hills the city offers a very pleasant climate. The Capital city is being divided into two zones by 10 kms Stretch. The other part is known as Naharlagun. It became the Capital of Arunachal Pradesh on 20th April 1974. Arrive Itanagar and check in at hotel. Overnight at Itanagar.
 
Day8: Itanagar

Morning after breakfast city tour visiting: Ita fort, Ganga Lake

One can also visit Jawaharlal Nehru State Museum, Craft Centre, Emporium, Donyi – Polo Centre for hearing impaired etc. Overnight at Itanagr.

Day9: Itanagar-Tezpur (190 kms/6 hrs)

Morning after breakfast city tour visiting, Arrive Tezpur and check in at hotel.

Afternoon visit - Agnigarh: According to the legend the site of the fortress was built by Banasura to keep his daughter Usha in isolation. The name ‘Agnigarh’ has been derived from two Sanskrit words 'Agni’ (meaning fire) and 'garh' (meaning fortress or wall). It is a hill on the banks of the Brahmaputra river and one of the big tourist attractions in Tezpur. The view of river Brahmaputra the Kolia Bhomora Setu bridge(named after the Ahom general Kolia Bhomora) is really eye catching.

Mahabhairav Temple: This ancient Shiva Temple located in the heart of Tezpur town is believed to have been established by king Banasura in the pre-historical times. The temple was originally built of stone but renovated and built with concrete. During Shivaratri thousands of devotees around the country visit the temple and offer their prayer to Lord Shiva. Rest of the time free at leisure. Overnight at Tezpur.

Day10: Tezpur – Guwahati (200 kms/5 hrs)

After Breakfast transfer to Guwahati. Check in at your hotel. In the evening visit ‘Kalakshetra’, a place where Assamese history and culture is presented through Light and sound show. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day11: Guwahati Sightseeing

After breakfast out to visit Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, Nabagraha Temple, Assam State Museum, State Zoo cum Botanical Garden, Regional Science Centre and Sukreswar Temple (The 6th Jyotirlinga of Shiva). Afternoon we suggest an optional tour of Golden sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra (Direct Payment by own). Overnight stay at Guwahati

Day12: Guwahati Depart

Morning after breakfast in time transfer to airport for the onward destination.
