What is the cancellation policy for a group tour?

What is the cancellation policy for a customized holiday?

How long does it take to process a refund?

As per the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the applicable refund will be processed within 10 working days of confirmation of the cancellation.

What is the mode of payment in case of a refund from Travel Line?

As per GOI regulations, any applicable refund from Travel Line for both, Indian or International tours will be paid by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/RTGS in Indian rupees only, even if you have made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency.

What happens when Travel Line cancels a tour?

Whenever Travel Line cancels the tour due to any operational reason or inadequate participation of the guests required to operate a group tour, Travel Line refunds the amount paid by the guest within 10 working days of cancellation of the tour.
