Cancellation
& Refund
Whenever
you cancel any tour or service for whatsoever the reason, cancellation charges
will be applicable according to the Cancellation Policy mentioned in the Terms
& Conditions of Travel Line. For more details, click on

The
Cancellation Policy for Customized Holidays remains the same as group tour. You
can refer to the Cancellation Policy mentioned in the Terms & Conditions of

As per
the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the applicable refund will be processed
within 10 working days of confirmation of the cancellation.
As per
GOI regulations, any applicable refund from Travel Line for both, Indian or
International tours will be paid by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/RTGS in Indian
rupees only, even if you have made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign
currency.
Whenever
Travel Line cancels the tour due to any operational reason or inadequate
participation of the guests required to operate a group tour, Travel Line
refunds the amount paid by the guest within 10 working days of cancellation of
the tour.
