Day 02: sonmarg excursion
After having breakfast in the hotel, In the morning, you will be driven for full day excursion trip to Sonmarg. After having your lunch at local restaurant At own , feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains.
OPTIONAL - One can enjoy Horse ride at Sonamarg.
Afternoon drive back from Sonmarg to Srinagar, overnight stay at the houseboat
Day 03: Gulmarg excursion
Morning proceed for a picturesque drive to Gulmarg. Gulmarg valley which is about 03 kms long and up-to 01 km wide. It also has one of the world’s highest green golf courses with 18 holes, as well as a clubhouse . Afternoon drive back from Gulmarg to Srinagar, Afternoon enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on the lake – Its one of the most soothing & relaxing aspects of a holiday in Kashmir. Overnight stay at houseboat
OPTIONAL - One can enjoy Gondola ride or Horse ride at Gulmarg.
Day 04: Srinagar to Pahalgam
After breakfast at the house boat, you will be driven from Srinagar to Pahalgam, en-route visit Saffron fields of Pampora, see the beautiful countryside, lots of rice fields and Awantipura ruins on the way, Later continue your drive to Pahalgam through the pine forest, the confluence of the streams flowing from the river Lidder & Sheshnag Lake which are famous for their scenic beauty. On arrival proceed for check-in.Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 05:Pahalgam to katra
After early breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven from Pahalgam to Katra on arrival proceed for check-in. Katra Town, lying in the foot of Trikuta Mountains, it serves as the base camp for visiting the famous shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, which is approachable on foot along a 13 Kms long well laid footpath. Every year, more than 4.5 million pilgrims pass through Katra on their way to the holy shrine. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 06: In Katra
Morning proceed for a pilgrimage to the Holy Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji.Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji (Mother who fulfills whatever her children wish for)
OPTIONAL - One can proceed to Vaishno-devi Shrine by foot which is approximately 13 kms trek up to the Shrine if fitness permits, otherwise Pony or Palanquins are also available along-with a Helicopter service till Sanji Chhat. After the Darshan at Vaishno-devi Shrine, return to your hotel to rest.Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 07: Katra – jammu drop
Morning you will be transferred to Jammu airport / railway station in time to board flight / train to back home.

local sightseeing in Gulmarg/ Sonamarg & Pahalgam is not included (Srinagar/Jammu vehicles are not allowed to do local sightseeing in Pahalgam/ Sonamarg & Gulmarg). In certain sensitive areas the vehicles are not allowed to stop or wait. We request you to tell the clients not to force the driver to stop the vehicle at such places, against his advice.
We as your ground operators reserve the right to make changes to the tour programme, without any prior information, but without compromising the services.
There are certain aspects of the tour which, we as travel agents, do not have any control. Hence we are making you aware of such areas so you too can enlighten your clients. One such aspect is shopping. Lots of sellers will come to the hotels & houseboats to sell their goods. We take no responsibility whatsoever for the rates and quality. Second such aspect is pony rides in Sonmarg, Gulmarg & Pahalgam. We take no responsibility for services and charges of ponywallas. Though for tourists convenience the Union rates are displayed at most of the places. Third aspect is power cuts. These are regular and sometimes for long durations. Hotels & houseboats have generator back-up but only up to 11 p.m. at night after which the generators are switched off due to noise disturbance. The clients are provided with candles.
Transfers by Shikara from Shikara ghat to houseboat and back are provided free of cost, however occasionally during the season you may have to wait for 5-15 minutes for the shikara to come and pick you up as each houseboat has one attached Shikara.
